VMC1690 · Heavy-duty VMC
Review larger workpieces and loading needs.

Machine details
A 1600 x 800 mm table rated to 1,500 kg handles the mold bases and die plates that are too big for a mid-size VMC. Large workpieces stay on one machine instead of being split across two operations.
X, Y and Z travels of 1600 / 900 / 700 mm let the spindle cover a full die plate without stepping the fixture around. Deep pockets at the far end of the table stay reachable.
A BT50-190 taper at 6,000 rpm carries the torque for heavy roughing in hardened steel and cast iron. The bigger taper also resists the tool deflection that shows up in deep cavities.
X and Y rapid at 20 m/min and Z at 14 m/min. On large plates where the tool has to travel far between pockets, that speed is what keeps cycle time in check.
