Machine details
The VMC1265 takes a 1200 x 600 mm table rated to 800 kg, with five 18 mm T-slots at 100 mm centres. That covers medium-heavy parts and general machining work.
X, Y and Z travels of 1200 / 650 / 650 mm give the spindle room to reach across a 1000 mm plate without repositioning. The extra Y travel over a VMC1160 helps on wider parts.
A BT40 spindle with a Φ150 nose covers aluminium, steel and cast iron work, matched to the rest of the standard model range so tooling carries across machines.
X and Y rapid at 24 m/min and Z at 18 m/min. On parts with many features, the time between cuts is a large share of the cycle.
